Partnering For Success
In keeping with the BSBDC's strategic plan to establish a Mentorship Programme for fledgling entrepreneurs, Partnering for Success (PFS) was developed as an adoption of the Barbados Youth Business Trust Model (BYBT) which is in global partnership with Youth Business International. The objective of both prgrammes, like PFS, is to help entrepreneurs and mentor them through the success of their business ventures. The overall goal of the PFS initiative will seek to provide mentorship and professional business counseling to BSBDC clients and can potentially be rolled out to all entrepreneurs.
Participate In The PFS Mentoring Program
- Are you a business owner, retired business person, senior business person, expert in your industry?
- Have you always wanted to give back to community but not sure how?
- Are you interested in continuous development/learning?
- Have you ever served as a Board member or mentor or wanted to?
If you answered yes to all of these questions then we invite you to participate in our pilot mentoring programme Partnering For Success (PFS).
Help to develop Bermuda's aspiring entrepreneurs and support the long term growth of their businesses by signing up as a PFS mentor.
All applicants will be interviewed and selected participants will be invited to participate in Mentor Training in 2010.
