Atlantic Vision Care is an optometric practice focused on the delivery of cutting edge vision care for the entire family. We are dedicated to employing advanced technology to improve patient care and competitiveness.  We have a specific concern for providing care that is personal. We offer a wide array of services from comprehensive eye health examinations, pre and post-operative care, refractive surgery consultation, contact lenses and high quality spectacles.

How the BSBDC helped:

BSBDC has been instrumental in providing guidance at an early stage in our development in addition to providing loan guarantees that have been critical in securing necessary financial resources.

Advice to entrepreneurs:

Formulate a specific financial game plan that is as conservative as possible, devoid of any overly optimistic assumptions. This will aid you in establishing a track record of reliability with creditors as well as increasing the likelihood of exceeding expectations. Knowing that your plan makes fiscal sense, even in the event of less than ideal circumstances, is always a tremendous stress reducer.

The second, and most important, piece of advice is to use God as your closest business advisor. You cannot go wrong when you allow God’s principles to guide your plans. Of course, your own religious experience will tailor your interpretation of this advice, but I have no doubt where my successes have come from.
